“It has to be women: empowering women… No place for fitting in,
no place for keeping ourselves small. It must be radical, fun and honest”
Back in 2017, Judith wrote those words in a journal. At the time, not grasping what it would exactly look like or how it would evolve. Only one thing was clear, it had to be about empowering women.
A year later she met Annelies, a participant during one of her Leadership programmes in the South African wilderness. There was an instant connection between the two, forged through their joint love for nature and hunger for freedom and real purpose. Freedom of spirit and being; celebrating similarities as well as differences. |
We kept in touch and shared our life journey through video calls and live visits whenever we could. Until one day, everything changed; we decided it was time. Time to join forces and leave our impact on the world. This is what we want women to experience when joining us for the Ladies in Leadership programme.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
life is for exploring
During the programme we will do daily bush walks and game drives. We want to show you as much as we can of the area we stay in and the intricate eco-systems that we are all part of.
At the time of this writing (May 2020) we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nature has pushed the reset button. For the first time in a long time, people have become aware we are part of nature.
Now, the wild, the bush is where we are safer than ever; a close knit environment with a small, intimate, group of people without further interference from the outside, ‘developed’ world. Now we know, now we realise that we are one. Nature is the one thing that unites all of us, regardless of what we look like, our spiritual or cultural beliefs.
There are many things we can learn from being immersed in, looking at and reconnecting with nature. During the Ladies in Leadership programme our guides will do daily lectures on a variety of topics (i.e. animal behaviour, symbiosis, ecology & geology), which we will connect to our own lives, so we can grow beyond our fears and learn from our mistakes and experiences. This is just one of the things that sets this programme apart from a general safari trip.

A journey of exploring and discovering yourself and your talents.
An opportunity to inspire the world and make an impact.”
Our Mission for the Ladies in Leadership programme is to inspire women to keep on growing.
We aim to show them they can take leadership of their own life and make a positive impact on the world. We create a safe environment out in the bush of South Africa and facilitate learning from nature and through nature conservation efforts. Explore their full potential to live an inspiring, successful and fulfilling life beyond imagination. |
Our Vision is to create a community of women that use nature as their guide to live a truly fulfilled life and inspire others to do the same.
We provide them with ultimate freedom by acknowledging and overcoming obstacles and fears with powerful insights and tools provided by nature. We show them that their lives are meaningful to themselves and their environment. |
VALUES
“Explore your full potential to live an inspiring, successful
and fulfilling life beyond imagination”
and fulfilling life beyond imagination”
During our Ladies in Leadership programmes we create a SAFE environment for women to connect, grow and transcend themselves.
By working with the countries’ top guides we keep our groups safe in the wilderness, walking amongst wild animals, living in unison with nature. By renting out the entire wilderness camp exclusively for our groups we create a safe environment for women to open up and share their experiences, truths and emotions with each other. No need for fitting in; celebrate their being, life and strengths in an environment that is real and shares realness.
Overcoming obstacles and facing your fears during our daily walks and experiences in the wilderness provides you with the FREEDOM to reconnect to yourself and take back the leadership of your own choices and life. You will feel proud of yourself, seeing yourself perform beyond your own expectations. You become free to choose the life that brings you joy, fulfilment and reconnect to your inner power.

We are FREE”
Conservation experience
an opportunity to inspire the world and make an impact
Every year, about 30,000 elephants in Africa, 600 rhinos in South Africa and, increasingly, lions fall victim to poachers. Although figures, especially rhino poaching, have declined in recent years due to the increase in anti-poaching units and activities, it is still a problem that threatens these animals with extinction.
There are two categories of syrups; for food or for trade in horn, ivory or parts of an animal. Therefore it is not easy to find one solution. It is a problem that must be addressed simultaneously in all areas, including cultural, economic and educational, and on multiple continents. |
During the Ladies in Leadership programme you participate in a conservation experience. You will have the opportunity to be part of a solution, part of the group of people who not only talk about how to end poaching and animal trafficking, you take an active role in the conservation of an endangered species in Africa. Whether it is a rhinoceros de-horning, the chanting of an elephant, lion or African wild dog; you will see what it takes to ensure that others do not kill these animals for their own gain.
There are many grey areas in nature conservation and we understand that any form of conservation is not the ultimate solution to stop all poaching. However, we believe it is better to save one animal at a time than to stand by the side and do nothing at all. Our values, SECURITY and FREEDOM are at the core of this. By doing the conservation experience with all groups, we not only create a safe and free environment for the women who come with us, but also for the animals to live their lives in safety and above all freedom.

sCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME
“What if we can provide 100 first chances?
You will change the future of an entire community.”
When creating this programme we embraced the fact that this is a passion project more than anything. Time for us to give back and pay it forward. Time to inspire and connect women no matter where they are from and time to celebrate similarities as well as differences.
Adding a community service project was a must. How? We didn't know until it was the last piece of the puzzle. We believe education is the gateway to true change and impact. By educating some of the most vulnerable in a community, the future of that community will inevitably change. We take women to South Africa to reconnect to themselves and nature. To get inspired, educated and become an inspiration to others. |
The Ladies in Leadership Scholarship Programme ensures that for each group that we bring to South Africa, 1 female candidate from the local community can enroll in the first year of university/ vocational education. Despite changes in the law in South Africa, guaranteeing every citizen's right to an education, women still struggle to get into high school. Especially those from marginalized communities. The difficulties particularly black women face in getting a higher education include poverty, racism, geographical position and culture. By giving one woman that first chance, we can truly change her life, empower her, increase her confidence and allow her to make a positive impact on her community. It gives her FREEDOM.
Annelies asked our contact in South Africa; "What if we can give 100 first chances?", to which he answered "You will change the future of an entire community".

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens if we are not allowed to travel on our travel dates, due to COVID-19?
In the event that the programme cannot proceed during the scheduled date due to South African regulations surrounding COVID-19, we will postpone the entire programme to the next scheduled date. Your registration remains valid and you will be informed in writing about the new possible dates.
How is the Ladies in Leadership programme different from a normal Safari?
At Worldwide Success Partners we do not organize a standard tourist safari trip for our participants (we are not a travel agent). There are plenty of them on offer. As a personal development training company and in line with our mission, we create a safe and intimate environment for people to learn from nature and through conservation. All programmes include educational aspects in the form of (short) daily lectures on various topics in nature and at least one conservation experience and giving back to the local female community through our Ladies in Leadership Scholarship project.
We also only use wilderness camps that are not fenced and are usually far from civilization. We rent our wilderness camp completely exclusively for our groups, so we will not encounter tourists or other guests in the camp.
Will I see the big 5?
We understand that traveling to South Africa and staying in a wilderness camp creates certain expectations regarding wildlife viewing. The main purpose of our programmes is to learn from nature and reconnect with yourself. While we try to have wildlife encounters during our walks (via tracking) and game drives, we can never guarantee that we will have any encounters or sightings. If your main reason for coming to South Africa is to check off your list of the big 5, we recommend booking a safari vacation instead of a Worldwide Success Partners programme.
Do we have access to WiFi during our trip?
We do not have internet and telephone access during our stay at the Wilderness camp. We specifically choose not to facilitate Wi-Fi in our wilderness camps, as we want to offer you the best opportunity to reconnect with yourself and nature for a few days without any outside distractions. Of course the camp manager can connect to the outside world if necessary and loved ones can also reach us in case of (medical) calamities.
Can I pay in installments?
Our mission and vision is to inspire and influence as many women as possible. Therefore, we are always open to discuss possible payment terms that meet your needs and enable you to change your life. Since we must pay our partners in full before we arrive, the total investment amount must be paid at least 30 days before departure before you can participate in any of our Ladies in Leadership programmes. Ask for more information when booking your place optionally via the registration form.
Can my employer / company pay for my participation?
The Ladies in Leadership programme is a personal development programme. Therefore, your employer or your accountant can book the costs as education / training costs. All our rates are exclusive of 21% VAT, according to Dutch law. When registering and want your employer or company to be billed, please send us all company details in writing, including the correct contact person and the company's registered VAT number via the order form.
What insurance do I need to participate in the programme?
Since the programme is a personal development programme, in principle you do not need travel insurance. However, it is advisable to take out good insurance every time you travel abroad. We require all of our participants to provide and advise their current health insurance policy and to insure with international coverage.
Which vaccinations / malaria medication do I need?
Our programmes often take place in remote wilderness areas where malaria can occur. We recommend that you make an appointment with your doctor or local GGD after registration to get information about the various options for preventing malaria, so that you can make an informed choice yourself.
As for vaccinations, currently there are no vaccinations required for Europeans to travel to South Africa. Take your flight into account; for example, if you have a switch in a 'yellow fever' country (even if the switch is only 1 hour), access in South Africa will only be granted if you can show that you have had a yellow fever vaccination. It is therefore also important here to be well informed and to prepare.
Which language is spoken?
As we are located in the Netherlands and Belgium, most participants will speak Dutch or English. Our preparation calls and joint sessions will therefore be conducted in English or Dutch, depending on the diversity of the group. The local team and our guides speak English. In connection with safety, it is therefore important that you understand basic English and above all are not afraid to ask questions if something is not clear.
What is the size of a group?
In order to create an environment that enables women to share experiences and learn together, and to guarantee quality, we choose to keep the groups small and intimate.
In the event that the programme cannot proceed during the scheduled date due to South African regulations surrounding COVID-19, we will postpone the entire programme to the next scheduled date. Your registration remains valid and you will be informed in writing about the new possible dates.
